ספר הפרוייקט הוגש כחלק מפרוייקט הגמר שיש לבצע על מנת לקבל תואר סיום בלימודי עיצוב תעשייתי.
את הספר הגשתי לפני כחודש, ובעוד חודש נוסף יתקיים ארוע ההגשות של המוצרים בפני בוחני מה"ט.
עד מועד ההגשה עלינו להכין את הדגמת המוצר ואת ההסבר על תפקודו, מטרתו ואופן ייצורו.

המשך וסיום מצנם

לאחר תכנונים רבים ומשתנים בSOLID, הרכבתי את גוף המצנם מלוחות סנדביץ', ואת הרגליים מפרוסות PVC מוקצף. כמו תמיד הסתבכתי והלכתי (בעיקר עם הרגליים של המצנם):
ראשית הייתי צריך לתכנן את הרגליים ולחשוב איך להדפיס זאת על נייר כך שרוחב הרגליים יתאים לכמות החיתוכים שאני רוצה לעשות, ולעובי החומר שיש לי. חשבתי על קרטון ביצוע, קניתי קאפות, ואז הבנתי שזה חייב להיות מחומר מספיק קשיח כדי שיהיה מה לעבוד איתו, אז עברתי ללוח פלסטי (היה לי רק ABS). כמובן שכל החלפת חומר משנה את עובי הפרוסות, אבל לתכנן שוב את חיתוכי הרגליים לא היה לי זמן, אז אמרתי לעצמי "נסתדר". קצת יותר דק או עבה לכל כיוון יהיה בסדר.
כאשר ניסיתי לנסר את חתיכות הפלסטיק מהלוח שהיה לי, זה לקח כמה שעות לחתוך את כל החלקים, וראיתי שזה מסובך מדי לעיבוד בכלים שיש לי וייקח לי יותר מדי זמן. גם הייתי צריך לחשוב על השיוף של זה שבטח היה יכול להיות סיוט, כי יש צורות פנימיות שלא הייתי יכול לעשות בכלים ממונעים.
אז עברתי לPVC מוקצף שהיה יותר דק, וחשבתי להדביק את הפרוסות עם אפוקסי. חתכתי שוב את הצורות, הדבקתי בכל פעם זוג חלקים, זה לא ממש נדבק, עד שמצאתי שיטה עם דבק וברגים קטנים. בעיה נוספת שהיתה לי שלוח הPVC שהיה לי היה מעט קמור, וזה גרם לחיבורים לא מקבילים (יצאו לי 2 רגליים עם נטייה ימינה). גם היה לי קשה להקפיד על מיקומי ההדבקות, והרגליים יצאו דומות אבל לא מספיק. קיוויתי שזה יהיה בסדר בליטוש הסופי עם תוספות של חומר (קרקיט). בצילום להלן הרגליים לאחר כמה שכבות ראשונות של קרקיט למילוי המדרגות. השאיפה היא להחליק את המדרגות, ואח"כ ללטש שיהיה חלק.




רק מה.. יומיים לפני ההגשה הבנתי שהרגליים יצאו לי דקות מדי, לא מספיק מדוייקות, ושיש עוד הרבה עבודה על ליטוש, מילוי והחלקה.
אז החלטתי לעבור לMDF. הדבקתי 3 לוחות אחד לשני, חתכתי אותם באופן כללי לפי מבטים מ3 כיוונים, והתחלתי ללטש, לאטום ולמלא. חתכתי חתך אחד יותר מדי עמוק ואחת הרגליים לא עמדה בעומס (גם מדובר על לוחות שאינם אותו גוש ממש) ובזוית, והייתי צריך לקבע אותה עם דיבלים.

מצטער שלא צילמתי באמצע, אבל כמו תמיד עבדתי בלחץ וברגע האחרון.
את גוף המצנם עטפתי בנייר עבה שהדבקתי עליו כדי לחסוך קצת גימורים (זו היתה החלטה טובה בסה"כ), ובתוכו הכנסתי לוחות המדמים את גופי החימום.
והנה התוצאה הסופית
רטרו כבד עם נגיעות עתידניות. לא ברור איך החלקים מדברים אחד עם השני, והצורניות לא מספיק החלטית.
לטעמי אני מרוצה בהתייחס לקשיים הרבים שנתקלתי בהם במהלך התהליך.
למדתי הרבה בעיקר מבחינת שיטות מידול.

ויש גם תוצאה סופית (עד היום (9/2015) אנחנו משתמשים בשולחן, השקעים במשטח הופכים אותו לנוח במיוחד בתור שולחן צד (לקערת מרק או כוס שתיה קרה) לשימוש בסלון!

המשך עבודה על הטוסטר

לאחר שאילן העיר לנו על ההגשה הראשונית שהיתה מאד חסרה בשעור הקודם, יש כמה דברים שאני עובד עליהם (עוד לילה ארוך לפני) כדי להשלים את הדרישות להגשה מחר:

1. מודל המדגים את אופן ההפעלה + תרשים שלבים בהפעלה.
2. לשפר את העיצוב (שידבר בשפה של "מופעל ידנית- פשוט להפעלה ואינטואיטיבי"), ולהציג אותו ברנדרינגים כולל מידות.
3. לייצר מודל ראשוני בקלקר המדגים צורות וגדלים (אני פוסח על זה, אציג את המודל שכבר עשיתי לפני שבוע, אני מקווה שזה יספק), כי בדגם הקודם העיצוב לא מעביר את המסר שניסיתי, חסרה התיחסות לגבי מיקום כבל חשמל, הוא דו-מימד מדי, הגודל נראה שאינו מתאים לפרוסות הלחם, מיקום מגש התוצאה בעייתי- אם יש מקום לפרוסות לחם צריך שהן לא תפרענה להמשך התהליך, וכרגע המגש לא מאפשר הוצאת פרוסות.
4. להציג בתרשים את מיקום מכלולי הטוסטר- רצוי בחתך.
5. להציג את תהליכי החיפוש של העיצוב (אולי הלקוח יתלהב ממשהו שונה בתהליך?).

לאחר שינוי אופן הפעולה במעט, ומחשבה על מיקום החלקים, יצאתי עם מראה שונה, ולכן נדרשתי גם לדגם מראה חדש. המשכתי לעבוד (וכמובן שזה הסתיים בעוד ערב-יום-רביעי ללא שינה)



הערות שקיבלתי בהגשה:
הצורה מענינת בשל התערובת הקומפוזטיבית של גוש גדול, משטח וכתמים קטנים (המתבטאים בידית ובפרקי הכיפוף בצורת חלקי עץ).
אופן ההפעלה נראה לא מספיק קומוניקטיבי, בשל ההגדרה כביכול ל3 שלבים.
המצב הכבוי (רכון) נראה מעניין או אולי סתמי. צריך לעצב את המוצר בכל המצבים שלו. (אילן הציע שמצב הפעולה יהיה מוטה כלפי מעלה, ולא אופקי).
לחלק מהאנשים היה נראה שנפילת הטוסטר בסוף היא סוג של קריסה לא חיננית.
מיקום יציאת חוט החשמל הוגדרה כמענינת.
צורת הגוש הגדול וגם שאר הצורות פשוטה ולא מעוצבת מספיק, נראה כי נובעת מעצם השימוש בקרטון.
הערות שלי: אני צריך לעצב את המצנם יותר בסגנון ידני LOWTEC, שיצביע בברור על המאפינים הידניים של המכשיר.

טלפון נייד בסוליד

המשימה האחרונה: לבנות דיגיטלית את הטלפון הנייד שלנו ולהציג אותו כרגיל. השתמשתי בתמונה של מישהו מחזיק טלפון, ושתלתי במקום המתאים את הטלפון שבניתי.

שינוי ניסוח ההצעה לפרוייקט גמר

איה רוצה לשלוח את ההצעות של פרוייקטי הגמר שלנו למה"ט בעוד שבוע. בפגישה האחרונה היא אמרה שכל ההצעות שהיא קראה לא היו מתאימות מכל מיני סיבות. לי היא אמרה שזה כתוב מעורפל מדי, ולא מבינים על איזה מוצר אני מדבר.
אחרי שקראתי את ההצעה הקודמת שכתבתי, אני מבין על מה היא מדברת. גם ניסיתי להיות כללי כי אינני יודע עדיין באיזה פתרון בדיוק אבחר, וגם חלק גדול מההצעה שלי דיברה על שיטה לניהול המידע לגבי הפריטים החשובים, ואני חושב שמכיוון שלגבי השיטה אין פתרון עיצובי, קשה להבין על איזה מוצר מדובר.
ניסחתי מחדש את ההצעה כך שאני מתמקד במוצר מסויים (סוג של מוצר אחסון), והשמטתי את כל הנושא של מערכת לניהול מידע:

תבחן אפשרות להגנה על סוגים שונים של פריטים, כגון מידע אלקטרוני, מסמכי נייר, כסף ופריטים סנטימנטליים.
